✔️ Restore natural foot function for better balance, posture, and movement.

✔️ Reduce recurring injuries and improve joint stability.

✔️ Simple, structured exercises designed for all levels.

Why Most Solutions Don’t Work—And What Makes This Different

Most people who experience foot pain try insoles, special shoes, massage, or even rest, yet the pain keeps coming back. That’s because these are temporary fixes that don’t address the root cause.

Hi, I’m Nikki

I am The Body Mechanics Coach

I have a feet first approach to Injury Recovery and Pain Prevention.

I specialise in plantar fasciitis, foot dysfunction and how our feet effect our whole-body mechanics.

I am qualified in Pilates, Corrective Exercise, Barefoot Training, Reflexology and Sports Massage, and as a Biomechanics Coach

The Recovery Strategy™ takes a fundamentally different approach. Instead of masking symptoms, I focus on:

Strength

Building foot and pelvis strength so your body supports itself naturally.

Alignment

Restoring natural mechanics to prevent future issues.

Stability

Increasing stability improves balance and reduces injuries.

This is not about quick fixes. It’s about lasting recovery and better movement for life.

The Recovery Strategy™ is designed for individuals who experience persistent pain, movement limitations, or recurring injuries.

Whether you are an athlete, an active professional, or someone looking for long-term relief, this approach provides a structured, effective solution.

Common Conditions and How This Helps

  • Plantar Fasciitis and Foot DysfunctionWake up in the morning and take your first steps without sharp heel pain.

  • Running-Related Overuse InjuriesTrain consistently without being sidelined by knee or shin pain.

  • Balance, Posture, and Joint Stability IssuesFeel steady on your feet, improve posture, and reduce lower back discomfort.

  • Bunions, Flat Feet, and Weak ArchesStrengthen your feet naturally instead of relying on restrictive shoes.

  • Strength and Mobility for Active LifestylesEnjoy hiking, fitness classes, weight training, or long walks without discomfort.

The Recovery Process: A Four-Step Approach

The Recovery Strategy™ follows a proven system to restore foot function and movement efficiency:

Release – Alleviate tension and soothe pain symptoms. → Experience relief from tightness and discomfort that builds up over the day.

Strengthen – Develop intrinsic foot strength for improved stability. → Walk, run, and exercise without feeling like your feet are collapsing or aching.

Lengthen – Improve mobility and flexibility in the foot and ankle. → Move freely without stiffness or restriction in your lower legs.

Stabilise – Enhance balance and posture by integrating foot mechanics into full-body movement. → Feel grounded and steady in daily movements, reducing the risk of trips and falls.

The Recovery Strategy™ is the system I wish I had when I was struggling. It’s designed to give you back control over your movement and your life.

Many people struggling with foot pain feel frustrated, searching for solutions that don’t seem to work. I’ve been there too.

For years, I battled foot pain, trying everything, nothing provided long-term relief.

Then I completed a CPD course about pelvic floor dysfunction, and they had a foot first appoach to reducing pelvic floor problems.

I realised that all my foot issues and back pain stemmed from MY foot dysfunction.

Which as an experienced Pilates Instructor was slightly embarrassing - but foot training wasn't included in ANY of my fitness qualifications including my pilates diploma.

Once I focused on strengthening, stabilising, and restoring proper function, the pain finally vanished and it hasn't come back - I escaped the recurring cycle of pain. I can help you too.
